A Haverhill man is being held without bail after allegedly shooting at his mother

HAVERHILL — A Haverhill man is being held without bail after allegedly shooting at his mother. According to Haverhill Police, 44-year-old Scott Blake fired at least one round toward his 72-year-old mother, Linda, on Friday, March 8. The incident occurred at the home they shared at 64 Cold Spring Dr. and allegeldy stemmed from a financial dispute. The New Hampshire State Police SWAT unit took Blake into custody the following day with “minimal incident” and was ordered held without bail. He was charged with two felony counts and three misdemeanors and is scheduled to appear in court on March 21.
