Troopers from the Derby barracks identified a suspect as Mark Marsden, 61

Following up on information from a July 19 burglary at the Hoagie’s Expressway on Route 5 in Derby, troopers from the Derby barracks identified a suspect as Mark Marsden, 61. Troopers located Marsden shortly after, and he ultimately provided consent for troopers to search his residence. They stated that evidence of the burglary was then located inside Marsden’s residence. Marsden was taken into custody and charged with burglary, unlawful mischief and violation of conditions of release. He was lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility on $10,000 bail
