The Catamount Arts building is almost rid of toxic fumes
The Catamount Arts building is almost rid of toxic fumes. Stone Environmental has completed the implementation of the Corrective Action Plan approved by the Vermont Department of Conservation, and they have turned on the mitigation system. Next week, Stone Environmental will gather air quality samples and send them to the state laboratory for analysis. The contamination was discovered, and all of the Catamount Arts staff had to relocate to the St. Johnsbury ArtPort at the Green Mountain Mall. But then the staff had to leave ArtPort due to new businesses coming in at the mall. The staff is now downstairs at the Caledonian-Record.
