State Police were advised of a burglary at the town highway garage in the town of Newbury on January 25. At about 11 p.m., an individual broke into the garage, stole several tools and caused extensive damage to equipment and property. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the St. Johnsbury barracks (802-748-3111) or submit an anonymous tip at vsp.vermont.gov/tipsubmit.
