Some might consider 21 years an off-year to mark an anniversary
FRANCONIA NOTCH — Some might consider 21 years an off-year to mark an anniversary. But the Old Man of the Mountain Legacy Fund remains at work to find ways to connect those in New Hampshire and beyond to the legacy of the Old Man. On Friday, as the group’s members commemorated the May 3, 2003 collapse of the Old Man of the Mountain from Cannon Cliff in the state park, they looked forward to their next big project — a 21st-century museum and interpretive/living legacy center in the historic building at the base of the viewing path.
