Service Federal Credit Union Buys Unfinished Littleton Senior Living Campus for $13.5 Million

LITTLETON — After just 10 minutes, a handful of bidders, and two short rounds of bidding, Service Federal Credit Union (SCU) bought the entire unfinished senior living campus in Littleton for $13.5 million at an on-site property auction on Thursday. The first round drew a $7.5 million bid. The second, with an asking price of $14 million, ended after no one followed up the credit union’s bid. The four-parcel, 38-acre property at St. Johnsbury Road went to auction through Paul McInnis LLC after the former property owners defaulted in 2025 on a $29 million construction loan SCU issued to Granite Senior Operations LLC, owned by George Papadimatos of Littleton and Michael Papadimatos of Brookline.
