Governor Phil Scott appointed individuals to state boards and commissions recently. Among them are local residents. They are John Kascenska, of East Burke, to the Vermont Community Development Board; Anthony Sgherza, of Cabot to the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports; Deb Doyon, of St. Johnsbury, and Christine Payne, of Peacham, to the Vermont Immunization Advisory Council.
