COVENTRY, Vt. (WCAX) – Police say an Orleans County woman they asked the public for help finding has been found safe. Vermont State Police were looking for Tabitha Smith, 28, on Wednesday. They said there were concerns for her well-being. Wednesday afternoon, investigators said Smith was found and she is safe. They did not release any other details.
