Vermont State Police confirmed recovery of a stolen 2004 Yamaha
Vermont State Police reported on Thursday that a motorcycle that was stolen in Lunenburg on Sunday was recovered at a residence in Bethlehem, N.H. According to Trooper Evan Johnson, the 2004 Yamaha was reported stolen about 11:15 a.m. on Sunday from 489 Perry Road in Lunenburg. The motorcycle belongs to Danielle Leach, 37, of Concord. Leach reported the motorcycle was stolen sometime between Aug. 13 and Aug. 23. Four days later police had discovered the location of the motorcycle. The trooper noted that police in Bethlehem, N.H. are working on the case and criminal charges are pending. No one at the Bethlehem Police Department was available on Thursday to provide additional details, including whether a suspect in the grand larceny had been identified.
