Two more locals are among 14 people who a grand jury has indicted in federal court in connection with another Lawrence, Mass.-based operation that trafficked fentanyl into New Hampshire. Brexton Boudle, 41, and Bruce Wells, 36, both of Colebrook, are currently in federal custody on charges of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, namely fentanyl. Each faces a maximum prison sentence of 20 years. Eight of the other defendants are from Massachusetts, three from southern New Hampshire, and one from Maine. According to the announcement made Friday by officials from the U.S. attorney’s office in New Hampshire, 11 defendants were arrested between Oct. 23 and Oct. 31 in New Hampshire and Massachusetts on charges of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. The defendants began appearing in federal court last week.
