A Littleton man in prison for shooting to death a police informant in 2016 is again trying to get out
A Littleton man serving at least 36 years in prison for shooting to death a police informant in 2016 is again trying to get out from behind bars, this time by arguing that state prosecutors violated his plea agreement and his constitutional rights. Since his guilty pleas in 2018, Damion Yeargle, 29, has filed multiple motions seeking to pull his pleas, all of which have been rejected.
