Drug paraphernalia found inside the Little Free Pantry
BETHLEHEM — Drug paraphernalia found inside the Little Free Pantry — which has had prior incidents of people found sleeping inside as well as people hauling off most or all of the food and other items in the middle of the night — has prompted a citizen concern and renewed Select Board debate about whether it should remain open 24/7. Shortly before 10 a.m. Sunday morning, someone making a donation found tin foil and drug paraphernalia, Bethlehem Police Chief Alan DeMoranville said Wednesday. No person was found inside with the find, he said. The drug residue has not been tested to determine which substance it was. The Little Free Pantry is located beside a playground and adjacent to the Bethlehem Community Pool.
