VSP is looking for the driver of a dark-colored midsized SUV
VSP is looking for the driver of a dark-colored midsized SUV, which allegedly rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a red light on Rt. 100 in Waterbury at about 10:30 a.m. February 6, then left the scene before exchanging information. The stopped vehicle was operated by Samuel Huff, 53, of Lowell. The dark-colored SUV headed south on Rt. 100.
