GLOWA CONTENDS HE ASKED TOWN PERMISSION FOR AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND A SHED, AND TO ALSO CHANGE THE SIZE OF HOUSE FROM 1-BEDROOM TO 3-BEDROOM. HE SAID THE BOARD VOTED DOWN THE LARGER BEDROOM APPLICATION BUT DID NOT ADDRESS THE SHED AND OUTDOOR KITCHEN. IN A LETTER TO THE TOWN, GLOWA SAID HE PAID FOR THE PERMIT, HE HASN’T DONE ANY SHORT-TERM RENTAL AND HE DOES NOT HAVE A HOUSE BUILT THERE. “I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT I HAVE TO DO. I FILLED OUT AND PAID FOR PERMIT. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO.” THE LANDLORD SAID
