State Police say a local man was killed in a Westfield crash

State Police say a local man was killed in a Westfield crash on Halloween morning. Police say John Koloshey, 56, of Montgomery, was traveling east on Vermont Route 242 when his 2016 Hyundai Accent left the road and crashed into a ditch. Koloshey was transported from the scene to the Northwest Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead. The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
