One person was killed and another was seriously injured

BOW, N.H. – One person was killed and another was seriously injured in a November 20 crash on I-93 in Bow. The deceased driver was identified as Bennett Brooks, 19, of Franklin, N.H. The injured driver was identified as Colette Vicinanzo, 31, of Concord. All aspects of the crash remain under investigation. Troopers believe there are additional witnesses who have not yet spoken with investigators.
