Northumberland Officer Kevin Deluca Recovering After Breaking Arm at Riverside Speedway

NORTHUMBERLAND — Northumberland Police Officer Kevin Deluca said Monday that he is recovering from surgery after breaking his arm while responding to a disturbance at Riverside Speedway last month. Deluca and another Northumberland officer were providing law enforcement support at the speedway when they responded to a disturbance in the pit area. During an effort to de-escalate the situation, Deluca lost his footing and broke his arm, according to the department.
