Criminal charges are racking up for the twin-state fugitive arrested

Criminal charges are racking up for the twin-state fugitive arrested in October after authorities said he fired shots at U.S. Marshals Service deputies in East Ryegate following a police pursuit that began in Dalton. In the January round of felony indictments delivered by a grand jury at Grafton Superior Court in New Hampshire, Douglas Reynolds, Jr., 37, is charged with new unrelated felony counts, one of them for a previous high-speed incident. Reynolds faces two Class B felony counts of drug possession in Bethlehem and a Class B felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and a Class A misdemeanor count of subsequent offense driving after suspension for high-speed driving in Haverhill. On March 31 in Bethlehem, Reynolds is accused of possessing up to five ounces of methamphetamine with the intent to sell.
