An 11-year-old girl is recovering after police in Nashua said she overdosed on fentanyl
NASHUA, N.H. — An 11-year-old girl is recovering after police in Nashua said she overdosed on fentanyl. The child survived after first responders administered Narcan to her, police said. Investigators said that last Thursday, the girl was home alone with another 11-year-old on Underhill Street in Nashua, when police got a report that a child was unconscious after she overdosed on fentanyl. Police said the girl regained consciousness after she received Narcan and before she was taken to a hospital. Investigators said the girl found the drugs in the room of Tyler Greenhalgh, 31, who police said had a history of drug use. Officials said their investigation showed that the fentanyl was his. Greenhalgh was arrested on charges of possessing a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
