Grafton County prosecutors have dropped all charges and closed the case against an accused attempted kidnapper

Grafton County prosecutors have dropped all charges and closed the case against an accused attempted kidnapper from Woodsville after he died on Tuesday evening. Keith Teele, 55, died of natural causes, possibly of a heart attack, in East Ryegate, where he had been residing as part of a curfew to stay out of Woodsville, Grafton County Attorney Marcie Hornick said Thursday afternoon. According to the case summary, prosecutors on Wednesday filed a notice at Grafton Superior Court dismissing the three charges — a Class B felony count of attempted kidnapping, a special class felony count of criminal threatening with a gun, and a Class B felony count of being a felon in unlawful possession of a weapon — that had been pending against Teele.
