Lyndon Adopts Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan
LYNDON — The Select Board on Sept. 8 adopted a five-year capital improvement plan, completing a requirement for Lyndon’s application for Vermont’s Step 3 Center designation. The plan is a nonbinding planning document, not a budget. It lays out the town’s expected capital needs over five years but does not approve the projects or spending listed. The plan covers 2028 through 2032 and focuses on three areas: replacing flood-damaged infrastructure, replacing heavy equipment and municipal vehicles, and renovating the municipal building, including Phase 1 of the gymnasium renovation.
