One person is dead

RAYMOND, N.H. — One person is dead after a single-family manufactured home in Raymond caught fire Monday night, authorities said. The New Hampshire State Fire Marshal’s Office said crews from the Raymond Fire Department responded to the fire at 13 Hummingbird Lane around 7:30 p.m. When crews arrived, they found fire and smoke coming from a window and door on the driveway side of the home, officials said. While working to extinguish the fire, the State Fire Marshal’s Office said firefighters found Lisel Kershaw, 61, dead inside the home. An autopsy conducted Tuesday revealed Kershaw died from smoke inhalation. The Chief Medical Examiner in Concord ruled her death accidental. The State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire. Anyone with information is asked to contact them at 603-223-4289 or fmo@dos.nh.gov.
