A man naked except for his socks jumped on multiple vehicles

A man naked except for his socks jumped on multiple vehicles traveling across the bridge over the Connecticut River between Barnet and Monroe, N.H. on Thursday morning. Brandon Lackie, 36, was taken into custody on the bridge by New Hampshire State Police and was transported from the scene by ambulance. He had left his vehicle and clothing on the Vermont side of the river and walked across the bridge to the New Hampshire side where he reportedly jumped on passing vehicles. Lackie has had previous interactions with law enforcement in Vermont and New Hampshire. Recent charges out of Caledonia Superior Court include alleged offenses of being a fugitive from justice, violation of conditions of release, violation of an abuse prevention order, and unlawful mischief.
