A Littleton father faces decades in prison
A Littleton father faces decades in prison after being convicted on multiple counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a child and for threatening to shoot the girl, then 4 when the assaults began, if she told anyone. Following a five-day trial last week, Matthew Brousseau, 41, was convicted on all counts presented to the jury, which deliberated for less than six hours, on Monday at Grafton Superior Court. Brosseau, who is being held at the Grafton County House of Corrections without bail, is scheduled to be sentenced to New Hampshire State Prison at 10 a.m. on Oct. 25. The rapes occurred during a period of more than six years.
