A man from Cabot suffered a minor injury in a two-vehicle crash

ST. JOHNSBURY CENTER — A man from Cabot suffered a minor injury in a two-vehicle crash at the traffic light on Memorial Drive by the Green Mountain Mall. Cecil Metcalf, 82, was taken by CALEX Ambulance to Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital for treatment following the crash. He was driving a 2019 Ram 1500 from the mall, and as his vehicle entered Memorial Drive to go south, it was struck by a 2020 Nissan Rogue driven by Dennis Langmaid, 76, Lyndon, who was traveling north. Langmaid did not report any injuries. Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Both vehicles sustained front-end damage.
