he Planning Board on June 4 approved plans to relocate Dunkin Donuts
WHITEFIELD — The Planning Board on June 4 approved plans to relocate Dunkin Donuts. Owner Rick Albert will move the fast food restaurant from its existing location at 8 Union St. to the Bank of New Hampshire building at 22 Kings Sq. The proposal calls for Dunkin Donuts to occupy a 1,870 square foot, street-level space, including an estimated 12 to 14-seat dining room area. Behind the building will be three parallel drive-through lanes: The one closest to the building for Dunkin Donuts and two others for bank teller and ATM services. As part of the proposal, Albert will convert the second floor of the building into an apartment. The basement will remain home to the Whitefield Historical Society and the Town of Whitefield municipal records vault.
