A man allegedly stole an expensive camera from a car at the Fairbanks Inn. Richard A. Kendall III, 30, pleaded not guilty to felony grand larceny and a misdemeanor charge of violating conditions of release. Judge Michael R. Kainen set conditions of release and $1,000 bail. Kendall faces a possible sentence of over ten years in prison and $6,000 in fines.
