Work on the long-hoped-for Barnet municipal building is advancing
BARNET — Work on the long-hoped-for Barnet municipal building is advancing, with the design and construction management team now updating officials regularly on next steps and progress. The draft minutes of last week’s special meeting of the Barnet Select Board show that in attendance remotely were: Brian Douglas (Northeast Structural Engineering), Tim Estes (Estes & Gallup), Nate Sicard (Ruggles Engineering), and Rollin Tait (Black River Design). According to the record, the meeting was held with Black River Design and Estes & Gallup Construction was “regarding mobilization in Town Hall project.” At the session, officials and the team reviewed the about $1.3 million cost estimation recently drawn up and made public.
