The nonprofit Bethlehem Reimagined Inc. has scheduled a public pre-construction meeting for the planned cleanup of the Sinclair Lot, the former site of a grand hotel in downtown Bethlehem at the corner of Main and Agassiz streets. BRI Development LLC will host the pre-construction public meeting on at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 5 at Bethlehem Town Hall to update residents and other interested members of the public on cleanup activities. A remote meeting option is also available via Zoom. Cleanup activities are funded through a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency cleanup grant and New Hampshire Department of Environment Services Brownfield program grant.
