Sheriffs departments digital forensic crime laboratory is about to switch homes

As a new Grafton County sheriff prepares to assume command, the sheriff’s department’s digital forensic crime laboratory, a resource for local police departments for nearly a decade and a recipient of national accolades, is about to switch homes. Fortunately for North Country police departments, the unit will remain local and be re-established at the Lincoln Police Department, where the former detective-lieutenant from the sheriff’s department leading it now works.
