Saturday marked 26 years since a Manchester man was killed
MANCHESTER, N.H. — Saturday marked 26 years since a Manchester man was killed in a fire that police said was intentionally set. Officers were called to the building at 220 Pine Street in Manchester on Nov. 30, 1998. When first responders arrived, the second and third-story porches were already engulfed. Forty-six-year-old Allen Pineau was later found dead on the third floor. New Hampshire State Fire Marshal’s Office ruled the fire was arson, but no arrests have ever been made.
