Northern Counties Health Care (NCHC) is accepting letters of interest about leasing 800 square feet of commercial space

ST. JOHNSBURY — Northern Counties Health Care (NCHC) is accepting letters of interest about leasing 800 square feet of commercial space at the newly-renovated Caplan’s Building in downtown St. Johnsbury. NCHC purchased the Caplan’s Building in November 2022 and is currently renovating the building to be the new home of Northern Express Care – St. Johnsbury. The available commercial space is located on the street level adjacent to where that healthcare practice will be located. The space will be available starting August 2023. Proposals will be reviewed by a committee of members that includes representation from NCHC, NEK Prosper!, and the St. Johnsbury community. The deadline for submitting a letter of interest is May 31, 2023.
