No injuries were reported following a structure fire on Monday morning

LANCASTER — No injuries were reported following a structure fire on Monday morning. Lancaster Fire was summoned to 290 North Rd. at 10:51 a.m. and first-arriving crews encountered flames and heavy smoke coming from the front of the three-story residential building. Because the fire occurred at a time of day when most call-department members are at work, and because the weather temperatures were warm, mutual aid was summoned from surrounding communities. Departments from Dalton, Whitefield, Jefferson, Stark, Stratford, Colebrook, Lunenburg, Concord, Littleton, Bethlehem, Twin Mountain, Gorham, and Randolph were called in to assist.
