Newport Police reported the arrest of a Charleston man wanted for the theft of a vehicle in Newport City. Harold Nadeau Jr., age 48, was arrested in Littleton, N.H. on Wednesday, “without incident,” reported Newport Police Chief Travis Bingham. The vehicle’s identifying information was shared across police agencies, and later in the evening on Nov. 7, police reported that it had been seen in Bethlehem, N.H.
