Mexican national who crossed from Quebec was in possession of child pornography
Federal prosecutors in New Hampshire said a Mexican national who crossed from Quebec into New Hampshire in Pittsburg this week was in possession of child pornography. Jose Rodriguez-Garcia, 26, is charged with one count of transporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and one count of possessing CSAM, representatives for the U.S. attorney’s office in New Hampshire said in a press release issued Friday. According to the charging documents, Rodriguez-Garcia and another man were observed on Thursday by U.S. Border Patrol agents after having apparently just crossed from Canada into New Hampshire over Halls Stream in Pittsburg. The men were detained and brought to the Beecher Falls Border Station for processing.
