Keith Baird has two pending charges of importing drugs into a detention facility. Baird, 42, was convicted in 2018 for his role in the drug-fueled late-night home invasion that ended with the murder of 78-year-old Sheffield resident Pat O’Hagan in 2010. The new charges against Baird are transportation of marijuana into a detention center in 2020 and attempted transportation of drugs into a detention center in 2019. Both alleged incidents occurred at the Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport (NSCF).
