Eli Farrington was sentenced for 2-3 years in prison by Judge Michael R. Kainen with credit as allowed by law. Farrington, 49, pleaded guilty on Thursday to a felony charge of possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor charge of possession of stolen property and resisting arrest. He would also have to pay $441 in surcharges. The state dismissed five charges as part of the plea agreement. Farrington’s record includes 19 felony convictions and 27 misdemeanor convictions.
