Colebrook Man Pleads Guilty in Lawrence Based Fentanyl Trafficking Case Faces Up to 20 Years

A repeat offender from Colebrook who was arrested in 2023 in connection with a Lawrence, Mass.-based operation that trafficked fentanyl into New Hampshire and the North Country is pleading guilty. A change of plea hearing for Brexton Boudle, 41, who is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, was held Thursday at federal court in Concord. The charge carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years and a minimum of three years of supervised release. Boudle was one of 14 defendants arrested in connection with the enterprise, including Bruce Wells, 37, of Colebrook, whose case is still pending without a guilty plea.
