An Orleans County man has been sentenced in federal court in Burlington
BURLINGTON — An Orleans County man has been sentenced in federal court in Burlington to 10 years in prison for his second criminal conviction for knowingly possessing child pornography. Daniel Blow, 41, of Charleston, received the mandatory minimum sentence from Judge Christina Reiss. He will get credit for about 18 months in prison while held in pre-trial detention. Reiss also told Blow, who grew up in the Burlington area, that he would be on supervised release for eight years after he is discharged from federal prison so he can be closely monitored.
