An 18-year-old allegedly threatened a woman with a box cutter
An 18-year-old allegedly threatened a woman with a box cutter at the Village Washtub on Railroad Street. And Colton A. Cuello told police he did that “to look cool.” Cuello, of St. Johnsbury, pleaded not guilty to a charge of felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Cuello was lodged on $500 bail at Northeast Correctional Complex in St. Johnsbury. Judge Michael R. Kainen struck the bail and set conditions of release. The video at the Village Washtub showed a lot. Police saw Cuello had a large water bottle in his hand. Cuello told police that the bottle had been half filled with Vodka, and he had consumed half of it as well as smoked Marijuana before the incident.
