After two years, the $100 million InvestNH housing program is winding down. The program seeks to expand the number of affordable housing units in the Granite State and provide incentives for developers and municipalities. But Taylor Caswell, commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Business and Economic Affairs, said a new, smaller program will be launched that is municipally focused. InvestNH was funded with American Rescue Plan Act federal stimulus funding.
