After more than eight months, the investigation is still proceeding into the fatal overdose that resulted in the deaths of three residents in January in Littleton. A suspect from the area was previously identified. Littleton police are working with the U.S. attorney’s office in New Hampshire and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration for a federal prosecution. Charges have yet to be filed, and no arrest has been made. Discovered on Jan. 21 at a Littleton residence were the bodies of Hunter Goodwin-Yeargle, 24, of Littleton, and Macayla King, 26, and Michael Bryant, 29, both of Dalton. The victims, who died of acute fentanyl poisoning, had used one drug supplied to them by the suspect that they thought was another drug, said police.
