A man from Maine was arrested at the Canadian border

ST. JOHNSBURY — A man from Maine was arrested at the Canadian border in Canaan on Wednesday when authorities there discovered an arrest warrant from Colorado related to an alleged $500,000 money laundering crime. Kyle Dunn, who turned 39 on Tuesday, of Whitefield, Maine, appeared by video from inside the jail for a court hearing in the St. Johnsbury courthouse on Thursday to discuss his extradition back to Colorado to face justice on felony crimes of money laundering and theft. The amount of money alleged in the crimes is $497,000. The case originates in Colorado Springs, as that is where the victim is.
