Danville Man’s Attorney Seeks to Suppress Evidence From Home Search in Sexual Assault Case

ST. JOHNSBURY — An attorney for a Danville man accused of repeated sexual assault of a girl is arguing that evidence gained during a search of the man’s home last December should be suppressed based on constitutional violations. Keith Olson, 38, through his attorney, Robert Kaplan, presented the motion to suppress in Caledonia Superior Court on Thursday. Olson is being held in jail without the option to post bail as the prosecution proceeds.
