Former White Mountain School Campus Under Contract With Prospective Buyer

Two years after an auction spun off some smaller parcels to new owners, the main 112-acre campus of the former White Mountain School campus remains an active market listing, but is under contract with a prospective buyer. On Monday, Andy Smith, owner-broker of Badger Peabody and Smith Realty, said he is hopeful that a contract can be finalized. A closing date has not yet been set. At the moment, Smith said he is not at liberty to name the prospective buyer. Since the closing of The White Mountain School in June 2024, the property has been owned by Passumpsic Savings Bank, which has been responsible for upkeep and property taxes.
