Littleton Man Arrested on Drug Charges in Fatal Overdose Investigation
A Littleton man was arrested for felony drug possession on Friday, in a case related to a fatal overdose two weeks earlier, on Sept. 20, when the investigation into him began. David Sylvester, 40, is currently charged with three counts of possessing fentanyl, cocaine, and MDMA with the intent to sell and distribute. As the investigation continues, additional charges are expected, Littleton Police Detective-Sergeant Scott Powers said Friday afternoon. On Sunday, Sept. 20, Littleton Fire Rescue responded to a residence on Sampson Road after receiving a report of two people who were unresponsive from suspected overdose.
