Northeast Kingdom Waste District Selects New Director Pending Contract Approval
LYNDON — The Northeast Kingdom Waste Management District has identified its next executive director, officials announced Tuesday. The candidate’s name has not been released, pending contract negotiations. If a deal is reached, the district’s Board of Supervisors is expected to vote on confirming the hire at its July 8 meeting. The new director will replace longtime Executive Director Paul Tomasi, who plans to step down on September 26 after more than 25 years leading the district.
