The foreclosure auction for the now-dissolved American Performance Polymers — once the recipient of $35 million in federal funds to boost latex glove production during the COVID-19 pandemic and employing nearly 200 workers at its peak — has been postponed again. Called off twice since November, the proceeding scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21, was called off again. On Friday afternoon, James Mills of KD Capital confirmed that the auction for the complete liquidation of APP is now scheduled for May 6 and 7, and all of it will be remote and online through the Arizona-based KD Auctions.
